The OCC7 small-diaphragm capsule with true condenser technology, developed and built in Vienna, is the heart of the microphone. Furthermore, this design also reduces the microphone’s sensitivity to physically-induced sound, such as handling noise and shocks. The switchable 2nd order high-pass filter further enhances these features and can be used for sound-shaping, an effective tool against excessive proximity effects.
